This innovative Australian theatre company needed a new identity
and website to represent them on a global stage. I worked closely with
Back to Back to produce a comprehensive identity system that utilises bold typography and a stripped back design to allow Jeff Busby’s stunning photography of the company’s performances to shine through.
Designed whilst at Famous Visual Services (Now Forde + Nicol)
Identity redesign for Tinpan Orange, a melbourne based indie-folk, brother-sister outfit.

Gallery Residences is a collection of luxury apartments in South Bank, Brisbane. Cornwell was approached to create branding and identity, a marketing campaign, print collateral and website. The name was inspired by South Bank’s prominent arts & culture precinct with the art direction inspired by the Brisbane River. Local artist Jack Vanzet was engaged to paint a series of artworks that represented the combination of these two elements.
Designed under the direction of Quan Payne at Cornwell.
A collaboration with Salmon Design for Code Black Coffee Roasters for a collection of cafes and roastery located in Brunswick, Melbourne. I was initially engaged as a photographer to capture the people and life in Brunswick. The photographs are used for the packaging and branding of the roastery.
After the success of the first cafe, three more were opened. We were engaged to create the identities and further artwork and collateral to extend the Code Black Brand.
This is a selection of identities and publication work that I completed whilst working at Famous Visual Services (now Forde + Nicol).
Cumani Racing is the Australian affiliate of Luca Cumani's horse training stables. The identity needed to be a nod to the family history and success, yet still be able to stand apart and hold it's own.
Designed in collaboration with Charles Brookes.
Mark Roper is lifestyle, food, interiors and travel photographer based in Melbourne, Australia. He works for a range of commercial and editorial clients in both Australia and internationally.
This publication is a folio of Mark’s most recent work. Along with the photographic works, an alphabet was created as an extension of his branding and identity was used throughout the publication.
Designed whilst at Salmon Design.
I was engaged to create a season identity for Kew Court Houses 2014 program. Using the exiting identity I reinterpreted in a colourful and less refined way. The resulting artworks were used within the publication design. The animal illustrations were created for Parks Victoria as part of a children's holiday program. These highlighted endangered species that live within Victorian parklands.
A selection of identities that I have created.
