Xiao Long Bao. The pulse of Shanghai’s foodie heart. After reading countless reviews about Din Tai Fung’s dumpling house (they have restaurants all around the world) I desperately had to try what has been crowned ‘The Best Xiao in Town’.
On the slightly more pricier side but still cheap (thank you exchange rate!) these dumplings were amazing. Hu Tong eat your heart out. Seriously. They oozed juicy dumpling goodness, I’m pretty sure I could have devoured at least 5 baskets to myself, if only I had deeper pockets.
